Subject: Please Support the proposed CPR Ordinance
Dear Councilman Curtis Tyler,
I live in Kailua View Estates, so I am in your district. I am writing this email to you to express my
support for the proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 23 (Subdivision Code) of The Hawaii County
Code, as amended, relating to the Condominium Property Regime (CPR). As you are probably aware,
this ordinance will limit the ability of developers to bypass infrastructure requirements when developing
new properties.
The Planning Commission is conducting the final hearing, and hopefully the final vote, for this proposed
ordinance on Friday, April 5th at 1:30pm at the Keauhou Beach Resort.
A plan to attend the meeting to signify my support for the proposed ordinance. If possible, I request that
you attend this meeting to lend your support to this important issue.
