Purpose of Grant: Reduce underage drinking by reducing access to and use of alcohol
by underage persons. To expand the number of communities by
taking a comprehensive approach to the problean with special
emphasis on increasing law enforcement activity. To develop and ~
implement strategies that coordinate State-level planning and
program activity with community level activities developed under
this effort.
