On July 3, 2002, the County Council will hear the above-referenced matter in
executive session. At the executive session, only the County attorneys and of~><cials are
allowed to attend the closed session. However, in the event, that you and your client want
to present statements to the County Council concerning the instant case, you may do so
during the period when public testimony is allowed.
The County Council commences at 9:00 a.m. Because there are many items on the
agenda, we do not know the exact time in which the public testimony and the executive
session will start.
