Re: Proposed Charter Amendment
Attached please find a copy of a proposed charter amendment for the Council's review
and consideration.
In order for the three readings requirement for a proposed charter amendment according
to the Charter, Article XV, Section 15-1 (a) be met, please submit the attached for
numbering and refer to its respective committee meeting that will be held
on July 2, 2002.
