This is to transmit Bill 222, Draft 2, which was the result of amendments made at the Public
Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee meeting on June 18, 2002. Amendments
were made to the purpose section and to the third exception clarifying that the repairs or
reconstruction, which would be necessitated because of a catastrophic destruction, must -still
comply with Building Codc regulations.
