Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Ms. Sharon L. Cislo to the County of Hawaii d3oard
of Ethics. Ms. Cislo represents Council District 9 and is a 25-year resident of
Hawaii. She is currently a flight attendant with Northwest Airlines.
Ms. Cislo serves on the board of directors for Kohala by the Sea, she is the
secretary for the Waimea Main Street organization, she serves on the Waikoloa
Environments! Control Committee, and she is the precinct, district chair for the
Republican Party. Ms. Cislo is a member of the Republican Party. If confirmed,
she will serve a term to expire on December 31, 200, replacing Ms. Deborah
Baker, who has resigned.
