I urge you to VOTE AGAINST 8111 62 because it could
harm Haudall's agricultural industry instead of helping it.
If You don't vote against it, I urge yvu to POSTPONE
your decision until such time as a full economic analYSls is
done and a marketing study on irradiated food is completed
and In your hands for review,
If You can't postpone the vote on Oill 62 until such

irradiated food is completed, then I urge you to POSTPONE it
until the next touncil meeting in order to glue your
constituents more time to learn about the Issue and cantatt

If you can't KILL BILL d2 OR POSTPONE VOTING OtJ 1T,
THEN PLEASE ADOPT THE FOLLOWING AMENGMENTS:
1. Require a "Ch.343 EIS" since a county EIS is worthless
and equivalent to no EIS at all.
2. Require a band to cover the full cost of deeomissionirlg
the Irradiation facility In the event it fails and the
developer abandons the project.
3. Require a perpetual and unconditional prohibition
against the use of Cesium 137 a5 a source of radiation
should Cobalt 60 ever become unavailable.
4. Require that the Irradiatian facility not be built on
ceded lands.
5. Require Iscmetix carry maximum liability Insurance.
