This is transmit Resolution No. 215-02, Draft 3, which was the result of the following
amendments made at today's Council meeting:
1. Cited Section 2-10, Hawaii County Code, as the authority under which
Corporation Counsel is empowered to negotiate terms of settlement in eminent
domain proceedings.
2. Provided that all subject landowners be sent copies of the resolution.
