See Exhibit "A," Closed Cases, General Liability. <br /> Secondly, ten (10) vehicular collisions claims were resolved for $603.42. The <br /> County recovered $817.21 on account of damages to a County vehicle. See Exhibit "13," <br /> Closed Cases, County Vehicle/No Fault Claims Report. <br /> Thirdly, the County had no action for non-vehicular claims. <br /> Fourthly, the County had no action for non-tort claims. <br /> Finally, two (2) litigation civil cases were disposed or resolved by court judgments <br /> for the sum of $1,073.21.
