See Exhibit "A," Closed Cases, General Liability. <br /> Secondly, eight (8) vehicular collisions claims were resolved for $2,460.10. The County <br /> recovered $1,150.14 on account of damages to a County vehicle. See Exhibit "B," Closed Cases, <br /> County Vehicle/No Fault Claims Report. <br /> Thirdly, the County had no action for non-vehicular claims. <br /> Fourthly, the County had no action for non-tort claims. <br /> Fifthly, one litigation civil small claims case was settled for the sum of $400.00. See <br /> Exhibit "C," Litigation, Second Quarter Payments. (This small claims case is also noted in the <br /> County Vehicle,TTo Fault Claims Report.) <br /> Finally, the County had one recovery on a collection case in the amount of $400.00.
