The Office of the Corporation Counsel requests the above matter be scheduled
for confidentia# attorney-c#ient discussion in executive session, at the next
regularly scheduled meeting of the Hawaii County Council.
This request is made pursuant to Sections 92-5(a)(2) and (4), Hawaii Revised
Statutes, as amended, and is made for the reason the discussion will concern the
evaluation and/or discipline of an officer and/or employee, and consider charges
brought against said of~icer/employee, where consideration of matters affecting
privacy wii# be involved. further, confidential discussion is sought to consult with
our office on questions and issues pertaining to the powers, duties, privileges,
immunities and liabilities of the Hawaii County Council.
