Our hone is on the corner of Aloha Kona Drive and Welo. VVe already exgsericnce a lot of
traffic at this intersection, which is a concern as we have two young children, two and four
years of age.
~JVe bought our house back in 1995, and paid expecting less traffic than we arc nova
experienci a.~ full-tiFrae residents. Laxly ~orni~g aaad late evenings are especially of
concern, our neighbors on even busier Mani Kail€~a have even resorted to posting personal
signs stating, "~a~~,~~ 25 !~~-.~~e~~,g`a~s~a~~~„
Clearly, we do not need even more traffic. We bought our house on this prerrzi Please
do not show a re-zoning from ag-5 to single faiiy residential for the 10 acres ad,~acent and
north. of Kealoha, Kona heights and Kailas View Estates subdivisions.
Thank you for your attention ~d consideration. This is a very real concern for our
neighborhood.
