As owners of a home on the corner of Nani <br /> Kailua Drive and Welo Street, the addition traffic derived from the proposed 15 <br /> residential lots is unacceptable. It is common knowledge that there already exists a major <br /> traffic problem on these two roads: speeding, failure to observe stop signs and school <br /> crosswalks. Our fear is that the additional traffic load will only exacerbate the current <br /> danger. In addition to the important safety reasons listed above, we also would not enjoy <br /> the noise from the additional traffic, nor are we not convinced that the addition traffic <br /> wouldn't have a negative influence on our property value. <br /> We urge you to identify with our situation and our concerns for the safety of our <br /> neighborhood. <br /> Mahalo, <br /> L-l ~G t <br /> / <br /> Pamela Allegretto Franz <br /> Ron A.
