Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 224, Draft 3, which includes the
following amendments as discussed at the July 3, 2002 Council meeting:
1. SECTION 2. Deletes '`Within any ordinance for a change of zone" and replaces it
with "Pursuant to Section 25-2-44, Hawaii County Code".
2. SECTION 2(2}(B). Deletes the last sentence "In this case, a condition on no
second dwelling has been included to minimize further development in the area."
3. Condition D. Deletes the sentence '`This restriction may be removed by
amendment of this ordinance by the County Council."
