Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 235, Draft 2, which includes the
following amendments:
1. SECTION 2. Amends the first sentence of SECTION 2 by inserting "standard"
language to read "In accordance with Section 25-2-44, Hawaii County Code, the
County Council finds the following conditions are:" and deleting the existing
language.
2. SECTION 2. Includes some housekeeping amendments in the text of the
justification portion.
3. Condition I. Inserts "Hawai`i County" for clarification purposes.
