Transmitted herewith for the Council's approval is a resolution authorizing
the sale by negotiation of the County of Hawai'i's office spaces within the Hilo
Lagoon Centre, in addition to the authorization provided in Resolution ~fi7-02
(Resolution Authorizing the Finance Director of the County of Hawaii to dispose
of County office spaces within the Hilo Lagoon Centre.)
