SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 02-77, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Pohakealani Road Culvert $200,000

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $200,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
