Re: Street Closure
Transmitted herewith for the Council's approval is an ordinance amending
Section 24-153.3 by including the closure of dead-end roads (also known as stub
outs). This is being done at the request of the Police Department, with the
approval of the Department of PD.~blic Works, to assist the police in restricting
access to vehicular traffic and prevent illicit activities during nighttime hours.
