Dear Council Member Leithead-Todd,
Our neighbors have brought to our attention of the above planned project requesting the use of
our existing roads here in Kona Heights and Kailua View Estates for access, rather than
providing their own outlet for their development.
We ST~O101GI.Y Pfl~OTEST! Please come down at any time of the day to see the trafLic that
we already have here. We live on Nani Kailua, and the traffic is incredible! There have been
MANY accidents already, screeching cars ~ motorcycles, coming and going through a
congested outlet. There is a safety issue that must be considered, in conjunction with the
ongoing traffic and noise that we are already putting up with.
The new subdivision MUST HAVE its own outlet. Please share our feelings with the other
members of the Planning Committee. Mahalo........... .

Dear Council Member Leithead-Todd,
Our neighbors have brought to our attention of the above planned project requesting the use of
our existing roads here in Kona Heights and Kailua View Estates for access, rather than
providing their own outlet for their development.
We STROI®10LY PROTEST! Please come down at any time of the day to see the traffic that
we already have here. ~Ie live on Kakalina, and it is very unsafe to walk outside your house.
There have been a couple of accidents already, not to mention many "near misses", because of
the amount of cars coming and going through a congested outlet. There is a safcty issue that
must be considered, in conjunction with the ongoing traf~Fic and noise that we are already putting
up with.
The new subdivision MUST HAVE its own outlet. Please share our feelings with the other

Our neighbors have brought to our attention of the above planned project requesting the use of

My family and several homeowner friends in this immediate area STROIoTGLY PROTEST!
We live on the corner of Aloha Kona and Welo. You would need to actually come down at any
time of the day to see the traffic that we already have here. There have been a couple of
accidents already, not to mention many "near misses", because of the amount of cars coming and
going through a congested outlet. There is a safety issue that must be considered, in conjunction
with the ongoing traffic and noise that we are already putting up with.
The new subdivision MUST HAVE its own outlet. Please share our feelings with the other
