Mr. Takase indicated that there were several concerns raised by the <br /> members of the Finance Committee concerning the above referenced communications. This <br /> letter is submitted to respond to those concerns. <br /> First, we apologize for the lateness of three of the four quarterly reports that were <br /> submitted pursuant to Section 2-9 of the Hawaii County Code. We will submit the quarterly <br /> reports on a timely basis.
