Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 237, Draft 3, which includes the
following amendments as discussed at July 31, 2002 Council meeting:
L In the Title and SECTION 1. Replace " 25-95-E" with " 25-8-11" (the correct
section from the 1996 Zoning Code).
2. Condition E. Insert the phrase "that would require the demolition of the old
Fukushima Store." at the end of the paragraph.
3. Condition G. Insert the phrase if required, "after the words "shall be
prepared," and before the words "and any improvements...
