As required by Resolution No. A~6-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Ma" rshall KANEHAILUA X24 Date/Time: 07-16-02/ 1015 HAWAII POLICE IDEPARTMENT COUNTED CANNABIS FIELD OPERATION REPORT TO COUNTY COUNCIL OF COMPLAINT RECEIVED CCFO No.: 2002-26 Complaint No.: 1 Date/Time Reported: 07-17-02/1245 Date/Time Occurred: 07-17-02 Location: Kaieie Road, Papaikou, Hawaii Complaint: Caller said that he just recently purchased 70 acres of vacant land in Papaikou and as one of his workers were walking the property, he came across several Marijuana patches. Wants Vice Officers to remove the patches because he fears someone will hurt him if they find him near the patches. Caller gave officers permission to land the Helicopter and remove those patches. I informed her that the Helicopter can descend below 500' to insert and extract the officers. Caller was not aware of that, and was satisfied. Officer was being lowered top the ground. Wanted to know why officer holding onto the marijuana plants. Comments: Caller was told that officers hold on to the marijuana plants while going from patch to patch.
