In response to your letter dated October 30, 1996, we have the following to offer:
1, Our records indicate that the structures are in compliance with all ordinances, codes,
rules, regulations and other requirements under our jurisdiction that w ~ force- at the
time of their construction.
2• Variances were not required to achieve compliance with the zoning and building
ordinances and codes.
3, Our records do not include any reference to non-conforming uses structures on this
property.
4. The property is located in the State Land Use "Agricultural" and County of I~awaii
"Unplanned (i~ zoned districts.
5, The County of Hawaii Planning Commission approved Special Permit No. 385 April
13, 1978 for the operation of a Money Storage and Processing facility and Queenery ®n
the subject property.
6, Final Plan approval for the Honey processing facility was approved by the Planning
