Revision to General Plan - Ka'u (I-2) -Proposed Commercial Expansion
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of July 24, 2002, requesting that the
proposed revision (I-2) for Ocean View not be restricted only on the makai side of the
Highway 1 1. Since the County Council is currently reviewing the General Plan draft, we
are deferring your request to them.
Should you have any questions regarding your proposal, may we suggest that you contact
the County Council staff at 961-8255.
