Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of five (5) computer systems for the
Hawaii County Fire Department. This donation is being made by the Four Seasons
Resort at Hualalai, P.O. Sox 1269, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96745 and has a total
estimated value of $5,000. The donor has stipulated that the computers be assigned to
the fire stations in West Hawaii.

Department.

Prepare a resolution to accept 5 computer systems, valued at $1,000 each. from the Four Seasons Resort.

B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai recently donated five computer systems, valued at $1,000 each to the
Hawaii County Fire Department. The donor stipulated that the computers be assigned to the fire stations in
West Hawaii. The computers are currently being re-furbished by personnel at the Data Processing
Department, before being sent out to the stations.
