Re: Bill 305 Draft 3 Code of Ethics
We are in receipt of your July 8, 2002 letter requesting the input of the Board of Ethics
with regard to the above referenced matter. Although the board had previously voted to defer
making comments on the bill until a full board was appointed and confirmed, it was decided at
the last Board of Ethics meeting to take the matter up at our next scheduled meeting set for
September 1 1, 2002. The Board now has four members and we are uncertain as to how long it
may take for the Mayor to find another member for us. We kindly request that you defer action
on this bill until we confer.
Again, our apologies for the delay. We await to hear from you.
