Bill No. 241, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 224-02 by Director of Finance
William Takaba, via Communication No. 684, dated June 24, 2002, amends Ordinance
No. 02-76, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2003. The amendment is as
follows:

3303.05 Federal Grants -EMS for Children General $2.000
To:
Ol 0-221-5221.40 EMS for Children -Fed General $2.000
These funds will be used to develop a training program on the usage of child transport seats for
all ambulance units on the island of Hawaii.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 241 and
recommends it pass first reading.
