RE: Bill No. 251, Draft 2
Street Closures
Please have the attached bill for an ordinance numbered as draft 2 and referred to the next Council meeting. As
discussed at the PWIRC committee meeting held August 13, 2002, the following amendment was incorporated into
this latest draft:

Because of this amendment further changes to correct inconsistencies in the bill, particularly in "Section 1 are now
necessary. Further information in relation to possible subsequent amendments will also be forwarded to the Council
for consideration at a later date.
