Attached for your approval is Bill 249, Draft 2, amending Ordinance No. 02-77, as
amended, relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year
July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003. At the Council meeting of August 28, 2002, an
amendment to change the name of the site from "Pahoa Elementary School" to "Pahoa
County Ballpark" was approved.
