Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 232, Draft 4, which includes the
following amendments as discussed at today's Council meeting:
1. Condition E is amended to read:
"A flood study shall be prepared by a licensed civil engineer. [and] This flood study
and/or LOMR. if necessary. shall be submitted to the Federal Emergency Management
Agency, through the Department of Public Works[, for a Letter of Map Change before
any earth moving activity is initiated.] prior to the issuance of a grading p~~-mit. The
revised flood plain base flood elevations and flood plain boundaries shall be provided
and identified on the final plat map. Any_drainage improvements required $h~ll be
com._pleted prior to Final Subdivision Approval."
