Fie: Transfer of Funds to lurks and Recreation
This memo is to confirm our conversation of Thursday, August 15, 2002. We
request your approval to waive Finance Committee for the resolution to authorize
transfer of funds from the Council Contingency Relief Account back to Parks and
Recreation. As discussed, it is necessary to complete execution of the change
orders as soon as possible for timely completion of the Keaukaha Gym Project.
I apologize for the delay in getting this memo to you, but I have been swamped
with work since returning from vacation. Thank you for your help and
