Re: Resolution authorizing a grant of easement
Enclosed is a resolution which authorizes a grant of easement in favor of the State of
Hawaii, for the implementation of the Lalamilo Distribution Pipeline of the Department of
Agriculture's Waimea Irrigation Sytsem. This certain parcel of land is identified by Tax
Map Key Nos. 3rd/6-6-05 and 3rd/6-7-03.
