This is to transmit Bi11232, Draft 5, which was the result of an amendment made at today's
Council meeting which replaced Condition G with the following language:
"The interior roadway shall be a private roadway constructed to standards approved by
the Department of Public Works and not connected to adjoining parcels other than to
Kawena Street to the south. The subject property shall not have more than fifteen lots."
