Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. William J. Taylor of Council District 7 to the
County of Hawaii Pension Board. Mr. fiaylor is a 20-year resident of Hawaii and
is a self-employed farmer and builder. Mr. fiaylor served in Vietnam with the
Australian Army. If confirmed, Mr. fiaylor will serve a term to expire on
December 31, 2006. He states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
