Re: Claim against the County by Jane Lee
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4),Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult
with the County Council on a claim submitted by Jane Lee arising out of a traffic
accident with a County vehicle. We ask that this case be placed on the council's
agenda at its earliest convenience.
