As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Chopper lops circling the area and appeared to be lost. Told caller police are conducting an eradication mission. Pole 27, between Hibiscus & Lehua Complaint: Helicopters flying over his property three times while his pigs are giving birth and causing his animals to be injured. This happens whenever vve fly over (every six months) and seems to coincide with his pigs giving birth. He said if it was once he could understand, but the helicopters flew over fihree times. Comments: ®uring the time period, no hefcopters connected with the mission were in the area. However throughout the day over 2000 marijuana plants were recovered from the fern Acres Subdivision. In addition the helicopter colors supplied do not match any involved with the mission, and do match other helicopters which were flying that day.
