Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 244, Draft 5, which
includes the following amendment as discussed at the September 11, 2002 Council
meeting:
Condition F. Inserts the phrase "in consultation with the National Park Service"
in the fourth sentence to read:
The drainage system within the road rights-of--way shall include storm drain
filtration devices which meet the approval of the Department of Public Works, in
consultation with the National Park Service and the applicable..."
