Comm. 735: APPOINTMENTS TO THE COUNTY OF I-IAWAI`1 FAMI1_Y VIOLENCE:
ADVISORY COMMISSION
From Mayor Harry Kim, dated September 12, 2002, informing he has made the
following appointments to the Hawaii County Family Violence Advisory
Commission, which are co-terminus with his term:
Ms. Jacqueline E. Wa~ur~abe is a life-long resident of Hawaii. Not affiliated
with any political party, she is currently the Director of Human Services for
Davis S. DeLuz, Sr. Enterprises, Inc,
Ms•. Li?~du L.A. Halstead is a life-long resident of Hawaii. A member of~the
Democratic Party, she has served as a psychiatric social worker with the State
of Hawaii and as a self=employed clinical social worker.
Ms. Linda S. Sluttc~r is a six-year resident of~ Hawai`i. A member of the
Democratic Party, she is currently a Program Director for the Turning Point
for Families and serves on the Prosecuting Attorney's Domestic Violence
Interagency Team.
Mr. Lc~e E. Lord is a 17-year resident of Hawaii. Not affiliated with any
political party, he is currently the Executive Director for the Turnin~~ Point for
Families.

Mr. Ale.rurx~erJ. Groves is a 12-year resident of Hawaii. Not affiliated ~~~ith
any political party, he is currently a Detective: with the Hawaii County Police
Department and co-chair o1'the Prosecuting Attorney's Domestic Violence
Interagency Team.
Ms. Emih~ 1. Nueole is a 45-year resident of Hawaii. A memher ofthe
Democratic Party, she currently works at Hui Ho`ola Ona Nahulu of Hawaii
under the Drug Addiction Services of Hawaii (DASH).
Ms~. Path A. Barr~• is a 51-year resident of Hawaii. A member of~thc
Republican Party, she is a retired realtor.
Ms. Koren M. Kudlo is an 1 1-year resident of Hawaii. Not aftiliated ~~~ith
any political party, she is the owner of Treasure Island Thritt Shack.
Ms. Marv K. Wolfe is an 18-year resident of Hawaii. A member ofthc
Republican Party, she is currently a house~ti~ite/mother and community service
volunteer.
Ms. Dorothec .I. Alrldridgc~ is a 16-year resident oi~ Hawai`i. Not afliliated
with any political party, she currently serves as the Island of Hawaii
YMCA's Mediation Family Life Director.
