COMM. 731: APPOINTMENT OF MS. ANNE R. PLACK TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT COMMISSION
From Mayor Harry Kim, dated August 29, 2002, submitting for confirmation the
appointment of Anne R. Plack of Council District 4 to the Hawaii County Environmental
Management Commission. Ms. Plack is a 12-year resident of I-Iawai`i and is currently
retired. She is not affiliated with any political party and, if confirmed, will replace
Ms Barbara Bell who resigned, and will serve a term ending on December 31, 2003.
