Comm. 725: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 10, OF
(Bill 256) THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED RELATING TO
EXCEPTIONAL TREES (by adding two trees to the existing list of 30-
Terminalia chebula -TMK: 2-3-01:2 Kamehameha Avenue and Grove of
Mangifera indica -all mango trees within the 40' right-of--way -TMK: 1-4-3,
4, 5 & 28 -Government Beach Road~_,
From Leonard Bisel, Chairman, Arborist Advisory Committee, County of
Hawaii, dated August 20, 2002, in accordance with the Hawaii County Code,
Article 10, Exceptional Trees, Section 14-59 (("Powers and Duties) and 14-60
(Procedures) recommends that the above-nan~~ed trees be designated as
Exceptional trees as defined in Section 14-57.
