(Bill 251) COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES
AND TRAFFIC (by including the closure of dead-end roads (also known
as stub outs)
From Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase, dated July 29, 2002,
transmitting the above bill. This is being done at the request of the Police
Department, with the approval of the Department of Public Works, to assist the
police in restricting access to vehicular traffic and prevent illicit activities during
nighttime hours.
