The copy machine currently being used is eight years old, requires frequent services, and the vendor has increasing difficulty locating replacement parts. FC-39 Page 3 July 30, 2002 Comm. 696: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 02-77, AS AMENDED, (Bill 247) RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2002 TO JUNE 30, 2003 (by adding the Waianuenue Avenue sidewalk project for $50,000 to the Capital Budget) From Finance Director William Takaba, dated July 15, 2002, transmitting the above bill. This project, initiated by a request from the Hilo Medical Center, involves the construction of a sidewalk along Waianuenue Avenue across from the center.
