(Bill 247) RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2002 TO JUNE 30, 2003 (by adding the Waianuenue
Avenue sidewalk project for $50,000 to the Capital Budget)

bill. This project, initiated by a request from the Hilo Medical Center, involves the
construction of a sidewalk along Waianuenue Avenue across from the center.
