Said personnel shall he exempt from civil service and the position classitication plan. Further, the bill designates that the Legislative Auditor shall he allowed to appoint and employ two non-civil service positions and the legislative analyst position. ~~hich shall be subject to civil service laws and classifications. In the final round of budget reviews, the Council voted to decrease adjust the Golf Course Fund budget by decreasing this amount in the General Fund Subsidy. The restoration of this amount is badly needed to support park facilities and the timely completion of the Keaukaha Gymnasium. If approved. this project will help to address, in part, the need to provide sale playgrounds for the children of lower Puna. The copy machine currently being used is nearing 9 years old. is unahle to perform certain functions, and requires frequent service calls. It is estimated that the annual cost of leasing a copy machine would be less than the Department's maintenance and supplies cost of their existing machine.
