Pursuant to Section 92-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the
Hawaii County Council will be holding a public hearing to hear testimony on the
following Bills:
Bill 213 amends Chapter 23 (Subdivision Code) of the Hawaii County Code
1983 (1995) Edition relating to Pre-Existing Lots.
Bill 220, Draft 3, amends Chapter 23 (Subdivision Code) of the Hawaii County
Code, relating to Condominium Property Regimes.
Copies of Bill 213 and Bill 220, Draft 3, may be reviewed at the Office of the County
Clerk, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii; the Office of the Mayor, 75-5706 Kuakini
Highway, Suite 103, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; and the County Council's Kona Branch
Office, 77-6399 Nalani St., Suite l 04, Kailua-Kona.
All persons desiring to express their views on the above matter may do so orally at the
hearing or by submitting written statements by August 28, 2002, 4:30 p.m., to the County
Clerk's Office, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii, 96720.
