condo's, hotels and those who generate enough exraste to require a hauler. Please recall
twat we nave ~e reputa~tlon for being tli.e LI~AST business-friendly state in the union axed
this proposal is a crystal clear ple of how we got that reg~utatton.

you yn.otiva$e people to generate less waste, or to recycle? Af our elec bill was paid

Several years ago, I sat on the Island's "Solid Waste advisory board". and oddly enough,
it was our goal to end a ~srorkable solution to this very problem, fibe soiuiioxa was the
easy part. It's a system that is used with great success ire most of the ca w~-ld.
