Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
In reference to Communication 736 (Finance Committee), it is with regret that
inform you that Mr. William J. Taylor is declining his nomination to the County of
Hawaii Pension Soard.
Mr. Taylor informed me of his decision this morning, and a letter from him is
forthcoming. Therefore, this office would like to rescind his nomination.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. A new nomination will
be submitted shortly.
