Dear Mr. Lee:
This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated August 28, 2002 in which you requested
an increase in the grant amount from $60,000 to $70,000 for services to amend your Grading
Ordinance.
Your request is currently under consideration and we expect to have a response shortly.
However, in the interim, we would like to request that your agency continue to process and
execute the contract that was sent to you on August 20, 2002. If your request is approved, we
will process a contract amendment to reflect the increase in the contract price.
