KLC believes that the improvements are important to this approidmaately 0.9 mile stretch of Alil Highway which serves as the link betwcon the Mamalaaboa Bypass Highway project entering Keanhou from the south wand the i ului- Keauhou Parkway project C..:.. rug Kesubou from the north.
