Hawaii County Council to consider:
Bi1162: Amends CAPITAL BUDGET
Fiscal Year July 1 1996, to June 30 1997 Budget
$2 Million Bond plus the additional interest
Greetings:
Clearly, the people of Hawaii do not desire to incur a $2 million loan plus interest
The 12 hour Committee on Finance Meeting on April 24th 1997 should have been enough
to attest to that!
Please CONSIDER the will of the people.
We do not wish to saddle Hawaii with a $2 Million debt and additional
interest.

Perhaps the rest of the Council besides Councilman J. Curtis Tyler and Councilman
Joseph Reynolds would care to perpetuate the mandate:
THE LIFE OF THE LAND IS PERPETUATED IN RIGHTEOUSNESS
Leave the Fiscal Year July 1 1996 to June 30 1997 Budget as it stands. Hawaii County does not
need to incur a $2 Million Debt plus interest for a Private Post Harvest Treatment Facility (FOOD
IRRADIATION FACILITY).
