Council Chair Pisicchio & Committee Members,
As a long time resident of this State its good to hear the Big
Island is catching up to our other Counties. I worked for years at a
tool supplier on the big island , my boss chain smoked and there was
nothing I could do about it, but with this Bill it would stop . I
totally support this Bill.
